All procedures were done in our office surgical suites, all very safely, without general anesthesia, and almost all patients returned to work within 2-7 days.

This pleasant thirty-four year old patient from Lansing came to my office because she was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She disliked how small they were and wanted to have breast augmentation to make them larger. She was wearing a 34A brassiere when she first came to see me. She chose saline-filled moderate profile breast implants which were filled to 600ml. Her implants are subpectoral and were placed through an inframammary incision. She is now wearing a 34DD brassiere since having surgery and is very pleased with her results. She states she loves how her clothes fit and the extra confidence it gives her. |

She chose to have moderate profile saline-filled breast implants which were filled to 325ml on the right side and 320ml on the left side due to some asymmetry. Her implants were placed through an inframammary incision and are subpectoral.
