All procedures were done in our office surgical suites, all very safely, without general anesthesia, and almost all patients returned to work within 2-7 days.

She was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts and wanted to make them larger. She chose to have breast augmentation surgery and received moderate profile silicone gel filled breast implants. She chose to 421cc implants. Her implants were placed through an inframmary incision and are subpectoral. She is wearing a 34D brassiere since having surgery. This pleasant twenty-six year old teacher from Jackson, Michigan came to me wanting to change the appearance of her breasts. Her right breast was much larger than the left making it hard to find bras and clothing that fit properly. She wanted to correct this problem and make her breasts as symmetrical as possible. She also had an interest in increasing the size of her breasts at the same time. This patient was wearing a 34B brassiere that did not fit properly before having surgery. She underwent breast augmentation surgery and received saline-filled breast implants that were filled to 465ml on the left and 390ml on the right to correct her asymmetry. She is now wearing a 34D brassiere after surgery and is very happy with the outcome. She states she is much more comfortable and confident since having her surgery and she no longer has to worry about people looking at her. |
