All procedures were done in our office surgical suites, all very safely, without general anesthesia, and almost all patients returned to work within 2-7 days.

This pleasant thirty-six year old nurse from Concord, Michigan came to my office with an interest in breast augmentation surgery to change the appearance of her small breasts. She was wearing a 34A brassiere when she first came to see me and chose to have breast augmentation surgery with moderate profile saline-filled breast implants which were placed through an inframammary incision and are subpectoral. Her implants were filled to 450ml bilaterally and the patient is now wearing a 36C brassiere and is very happy with the outcome of her surgery and the care she received at our office. |

This pleasant thirty-two year old from Camden, Michigan, came to my office with an interest in having breast augmentation surgery. She was unhappy with the appearance of her small breasts and wanted to make them larger. She chose to have moderate profile saline-filled breast implants which were filled to 325ml on the right side and 320ml on the left side due to some asymmetry. Her implants were placed through an inframammary incision and are subpectoral. She was wearing a 34A brassiere before having the surgery and is now wearing a 34C brassiere and is very pleased with the outcome of her surgery. She states she is so happy she went through with the surgery and loves her new look. |
