For years, Trillium patients have repeatedly asked us to do facelifts. Until 2002, I was uncomfortable with the usual methods of face-lifting, believing that, for most patients, the expense, risks, unnatural appearance, and possible complications often outweighed the benefits of such surgery. After being inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (a great honor), I was trained by several of the world's experts in small incision rejuvenation of the lower face and neck. Now, having performed over 130 small incison rejuvenations of the lower face, I am comfortable offering my patients a safe, effective, more affordable way to reverse many of the aging changes which take place in the lower face and neck.
